In the third quarter of 2025, the performance of top navigation and maps applications on the Android platform in Slovakia showcased interesting trends. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps experienced varying levels of success in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.

Mapy.com: Offline hiking maps from Seznam.cz, a.s., saw a notable fluctuation in its weekly downloads, peaking at around 7.6K in early August before declining to approximately 2.1K by the end of September. The app’s revenue mirrored this pattern, starting at $2.3K at the end of June and dropping to $819 by the end of the quarter. The active user base started strong with 137.7K but gradually decreased to 114.8K.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic maintained a steady download rate, starting at 2.9K and ending the quarter at 1.4K. Active users for Waze remained relatively stable, with minor fluctuations, ending the quarter with 135.6K users.
